Introducing the Poetry Association:
The Association of Adolescent Poets of the Centre for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, under the supervision of the Literary Association of the Centre, specializes in recognizing and cultivating talents in this field and works with various programs to attract and nurture the top talents in the field of poetry. Currently, 77 poetry associations are active in the Centre for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, and has more than 1,500 members and operates under the supervision of the professors and prominent figures in the country.
The Association of Adolescent Poets teaches the principles of poetry, provides familiarity with ancient texts, holds critique meetings and meeting with famous poets of the country on a monthly basis, and the adolescent and senior members of these associations can produce magnificent works under the supervision of leading professors.
Introducing the secretary of the association:
Mohammad Saeed Mirzaei, the poet of contemporary lyric poetry, was born on December 15, 1976 in Kermanshah. He holds a PhD in Persian Language and Literature from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Mirzaei can be considered as one of the influential people of contemporary lyric poetry; A poet with appropriate and effective support. With "The Doors Were Created to Close", he offered his first suggestions to contemporary Iranian lyric poetry, and in "The Caseless Man" he presented the formed form of these suggestions, and finally, from his collection of serious lyric poems, we can mention "Tablets of Peace"; With new lyric poems, but not on equal terms. Mirzaei introduced the lyric poets to other capacities of this mysterious format by creating new spaces and new acquaintances. In addition to numerous works in the field of new lyric poetry, Mirzaei has also published four books in the field of children's poetry. Judging national poetry competitions including Shahrivar Nights Festival, Fajr International Poetry Festival, Zagros National Poetry Congress, Bandar Abbas Young Poetry National Competition, Ardabil and Mashhad Young Poetry Competition, etc., Teaching at Payame Noor University and Radio and Television Faculty, Holding poetry workshops across the country and membership in the National Media Poetry and Music Council are other records that he has in his resume.
Mehrvareh, the poem of creation
"Mehrvareh" is the companion of the selected members of the association. An opportunity to share adolescence experiences and group learning and participatory observation. Selected teen members of the association, who have emerged from the heart of literary associations (poetry and fiction), gather in this non-competitive event and present their creative works.
The first period of Mehraveh, the poem of creation
The first Mehrvareh of Afarinesh poetry was held in March 2016 in Tehran. The number of participants in this festival was 322, of which 529 works reached the secretariat of the festival and 66 people were selected by the selection committee to participate in the programs of the festival.
This ceremony was held in the presence of professors such as Abdul Jabbar Kakai, Fariba Yousefi, Ali Davoodi and Soodabeh Amini.
Selected works have been published in a book with the same title.
The second period of Mehraveh, the poem of creation
The second Mehrvareh of Afarinesh poetry was held in February 2017. The number of participants in this Mehrvareh was 530 people, out of which 1052 works reached the secretariat and 90 people were selected by the selection committee to participate in Mehrvareh programs.
This ceremony was held in the presence of professors such as Mohammad Saeed Mirzaei, Zuhair Tavakoli and Gholamreza Tarighi, Mostafa Alipour, Leila Kordbacheh and Mehdi Mozaffari Savoji.
The selected works of this Mehrvareh have been published in a book entitled "Morning of Creation" by the publications of the Center for Intellectual Development.
