For the last 24 years, the Centre for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents has been in charge of organizing this art biennial, and this year it will hold its twelfth edition in various competitive and ancillary sections. The twelfth period of this festival, like the previous ones, will be held in Tehran in four sections: "Competition", "Out of Competition", "Special Show" and "Perspective" from March 31 to March 30, 2017.
